TERMS OF SALES

These conditions of sale are concluded by the company Fashion Kame whose head office is located in Paris and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website Fashion Kame, www.fashionkame.com.

 

Article 1.Purpose 

These Terms of Sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Fashion Kame and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website, www.fashionkame.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of product on the site www.fashionkame.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand have the full legal capacity, enabling it to commit under these general conditions of sale.

The company Fashion Kame retains the possibility to modify at any time these conditions of sale, in order to respect any new regulation or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer. 

 

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those that appear on the website www.fashionkame.com of the company Fashion Kame, within the limit of available stocks. Fashion Kame reserves the right to change the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its main technical characteristics (composition, capacity). The photographs are as faithful as possible, but do not engage the seller. The sale of the products on www.fashionkame.com is intended for all buyers resident in countries that fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.

Article 3. Tariffs

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalogue and are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Fashion Kame reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however it is understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, charged in addition to the price of the products purchased following the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order, a flat rate of participation in the shipping costs will be charged to the buyer according to the choice of the carrier and the mode of delivery chosen.

Article 4. Order and payment terms

Fashion Kame offers the buyer to order and pay for their products in several stages, with 3 payment options to choose from:

- Secure payment by credit card (via the Stripes system): the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", changes if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or fills in a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by Stripe». The next step offers him to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the button «Confirm my order». Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure Stripes interface to securely enter his personal credit card information. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In case of fraudulent use of it, the buyer may require the cancellation of the payment by card, the sums paid will then be re-credited or returned. The responsibility of the holder of a bank card is not engaged if the disputed payment was proved fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. To obtain a refund of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must contest, in writing, the withdrawal from his bank, within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract linking him to it so provides. 

The amounts deducted are refunded by the bank within a maximum of one month after receipt of the written objection filed by the holder. No costs for the return of sums may be charged to the holder.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and the renunciation to avail itself of its own conditions of purchase. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on his purchase order, the company Fashion Kame will send him by email the confirmation of the registration of his order.
